BSB30120 - Certificate III in Business
The Certificate III in Business assists in developing a range of business and administration skills to assist in reception, customer service, clerical and administration roles. The qualification includes units which cover; teamwork, being organised, effective communication, writing a range of business documents, computer skills, customer service and Workplace Health and Safety. Units can be selected to suit your individual workplace needs.
Training can only be completed through a Traineeship in Victoria. Classroom and Traineeship is available in New South Wales.
